The gyros and the Greek poutine were delicious. Food was yummy and the outside sitting atmosphere is epic.

Excellent food here! I'm vegetarian and there was lots to choose from. The spanakopita was amazing and the courtyard was really nice to sit in. We all really enjoyed our food and the guy serving was really helpful. We will be back

We've been meaning to try Greek on The Street for a while and Canada Day seemed like a great excuse! We chose the chicken souvlaki combo and the vegetarian wrap. The two guys working in the truck were very friendly, polite and fast. We waited only a few minutes for our order to be ready.
Both wraps were delicious! The tzatziki and hummus were very yummy and garlicky. The fries with oregano seasoning were crisp and delicious. Both sandwiches were very generous portions!
Great way to celebrate Canada Day!

Grabbed lunch on my way home at the truck on Cook Street and nothing went right. The person working was unreasonably rude and unfriendly. Then when I got home with my order, realized that it was almost completely wrong. There were no fries and my request for “no tomatoes” was ignored. Ended up spending $30 for a nearly empty wrap and old rice. Worst food experience I’ve had in Victoria in ages. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Let me set the scene: It was a slow afternoon. The sun was dozing, the picnic tables were empty, and the only signs of life were a lone peacock strutting like it owned the place—and a cook so relaxed, he looked like he might nap into the tzatziki. And yet, from this tranquil culinary siesta, emerged one of the finest chicken souvlaki wraps ever to grace mortal taste buds.
The chicken? Miraculously tender, spiced with the kind of confidence that says, “Yeah, I could do this in my sleep”—and maybe he did. Golden-brown morsels nestled in warm pita, still steaming as if they were whispering, “Eat me slowly… or devour me like the beast you are.”
Vegetables came cascading out like a Greek salad lost in a pita: chopped tomatoes so fresh they still had emotional baggage, onions sharp enough to give your taste buds a wake-up slap, and tzatziki so divine, it must be made with the tears of Athenian gods (or yogurt and garlic, but who’s asking?).
Despite the slow pace, the care in the wrap’s construction was undeniable. The sleepy chef may have looked like he was running on vibes alone, but his hands moved with the precision of a man who’s wrapped a thousand souvlakis and achieved enlightenment somewhere around number 642.
And then, the peacock. It walked by as I took my first bite, nodding solemnly as if to say, “Yes. This is the one.”
Greek On The Street didn’t just feed me—they transcended lunch. I came for a quick wrap and left spiritually altered. The sleepy ambiance? Only added to the charm.
Final Verdict:
If you ever want a life-changing chicken wrap, served by a nap-prone culinary wizard while being judged approvingly by a peacock—this is your place.

Ordered through DoorDash and was missing half our items and the ones we did receive were incorrect, cold, and bland. Save yourself the disappoint and go somewhere else. Never again

Absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the souvlaki platter with a side of rice and it is so good. Fast service, Huge portions at a good price for Greek food. Woke up feel amazing the next day because of the fresh ingredients and lack of salt/oil. So so good I highly recommend!! Hyping this up because they are an amazing local business that has great food!!

We've ordered food To Go twice from their Bay Street fixed location and both times they have made everything to order and from scratch. We like their dolmas, but despite their website menu description, there is zero meat in the dolmas...and very little herbs or seasonings. They are tremendously moist inside, and the lemon sauce they put on them is excellent. The lamb/beef gyro is pretty darn good, but would be better if they added fresh chopped parsley, cilantro, or mint to it. The pork skewer is lightly seasoned, not a lot of "pop" in the flavor, but the chicken breast skewers are absolute perfection! Lots of seasoning in that chicken, and cooked just right...completely done, but still juicy. The Greek salad stands on its own legs, we could eat it by itself as a meal or be happy with it as a side...tomatoes are firm, cucumbers are crunchy, feta is fresh, and the dressing is just enough. Their pita bread must be made on-premises, because it's just that good & soft. You won't find better tzaki sauce anywhere else in Victoria, definitely homemade here with a nice hint of spiciness. We didn't like the meat pie...too much pastry, not enough filling. Prices are fair & reasonable, and the guy taking orders inside is amazingly nice...smiles, all day long, and a positive personality. We will be repeat customers at least 2 or 3 times a month.

I'm not sure how to say this politely but there is simply nothing Greek about the food. I know what great, or even good, Greek food should taste like. I ordered a chicken Souvlaki with a dry chicken breast and no seasoning that would have indicated it was Greek food. There was a mayonnaise type sauce in place of Tzatziki Im guessing, no cucumber, some small pieces of cut tomato with a small amount of raw onion. The Pita was gloopy and tasteless as well. The only good bit was it only cost $12 but I'd rather have paid more to have authentic Greek food. It was just shockingly bad!!
