I wandering around the city I I usually do and I came here for a quick rest. I enjoyed the vibe. It was quiet, people socializing while others were quietly working. I ordered an iced moka and I had it in my hands very quickly. Staff were cheery and I was back out in the world continuing my meandering.

UPDATED: After spending more time here I believe the service - excellent and inviting, the drinks - yummy (mocha +1 syrup +cinnamon is unbeatable) and the community engagement - beautiful. I come in here just to check whose art is being shown!
The only reason I'm lowering the atmosphere score to 3 stars is because the seating has been designed to fit an aesthetic to the point of becoming hostile architecture. The chairs are sturdy but simply stained plywood, and the stools are built for a 1900s size of human.

We walked in 10 mins to closing and ordered 7 drinks, they didnt bat an eye! Treated us so kindly & the drinks were so good! The esthetic of the restaurant was awesome as well. If you are anywhere near there, GO!

This place is located right at downtown and very convenient for people who want to just grab a coffee and very pleasant for someone who wants to sip a latte inside the cafe. The staff is very friendly and the place itself is very clean. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere and could be busy at times. I would definitely go here again.

Not going again here. The #1 biggest mistake you can make as a business is market something on the front-end, raise expectations, but reality doesn't match when customers buy your product. The first thing they have on google maps is showing people working from their laptops. Which builds the expectation that one can go there, & they'd have a) a great internet service & ability to work from there b) good coffee *duh*
None of them were true. Staff/ service is entitled & not trained on how to solve problems for customers. The internet was horrible, and barely worked. I had to run to a different coffee shop to be able to take my meeting. Coffee was below average.
It's not so hard to stand out as a coffee shop. Make great coffee. Fix your internet speed. Solve problems for your customers, and most importantly deliver on your promises.

First off, the staff are all so friendly and nice. None of the barista give off “I’m in a rush” kind of vibe. Great at answering questions and super helpful. I love that they used a local coffee roaster as their provider of beans. It was my first time trying Bows and I will be purchasing from them again. Do yourself a favor and try their Marta Julia Munoz Guatemala beans. Then buy yourself a bag!

Their iced latte is just okay if you need a coffee run and there’s no other coffee shops nearby. I also ordered a plain croissant, it wasn’t warm, wasn’t asked if I wanted it warmed up, and it tasted like it was sitting behind the glass for a long time already. Didn’t taste fresh at all. The vibe of the cafe is nice though and the location is amazing. I guess that’s why this cafe is always recommended online. But to be honest, it’s nothing special and would not come back. Lastly, some of the staff (like the girl cashier) didn’t even smile and looked annoyed or something. I don’t know why I even gave a tip (it’s automatic to me even in coffee shops, but this one didn’t deserve it). The barista guy with earrings was nice though.
