Taoisis Ramen & Tea Reviews
A small family business with exceptional food and service. The atmosphere is pleasant, with gentle music, books, and curios around the restaurant.
It's a small shop located inside the mall, better for a smaller group. When we visited there was construction inside the mall which was unfortunate, but the staff tried to reduce the noise and dust.

BEST MEAL IN VICTORIA. The service and food was amazing
Excellent little spot! They have a massive menu that you would not believe they are able to pull off from the tiny kitchen.

Based on the reviews, Taoisis Ramen & Tea is a small family run restaurant. The broth is rich and spicy with a satisfying spicy kick, and is complex, delicious, and full of umami. The noodles are chewy and cooked perfectly. Toppings are super generous with tender pork, sweet corn, mushrooms, and fresh veggies. The menu includes air fried appies, a bone broth original with fried tofu, and side dishes. There is also a selection of teas, bubble tea flavours, and desserts like mochi. The service is warm, welcoming, friendly, kind, and courteous. The atmosphere is intimate with museum vibes because of the artifacts used in decor. It is a place for ramen or tea, hot and cold.
