The halibut burgers are really good. Came two days in a row. The batter is very unique. It is slightly sour, crispy, and just a tiny bit chewy. Unlike other fish n chip places, the batter is not too thick or greasy. I searched many years in vancouver to find this style of fish n chips and could never find it. But now i can eat it every time i come to victoria! And the owners are very nice as well
