The amount of unique sours and stouts on their beer list was amazing !

Amazing sour beers ! Great options for not spur and also not alcoholic, enough to make a flight.. I bought some kombucha to go mixed with a hopped tea. Delicious and not overly sweet

We had a fantastic flight of beers at Ile Sauvage. Incredible Lunar Lager, it might be my new favorite. Light, refreshing with a crisp, clean finish. Just enough hop so you know it's Craft. Also loved the Tropique sour, this would be perfect on a hot day sitting around the pool.Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Overall a great experience! (just sad to know they don't really sell outside of locally)

A bit of a dated set of pictures from early visits to Ile Sauvage, but basically the same layout, different lineup. Ile Sauvage specializes in sour beers (usually unfermented beers) with a lot of fruit content. The owners and pourers are always willing to give an explanation of the process. A neat place, especially on a warm summer day when You can take advantage of the tiny patio (sometimes with a food truck nearby). We went as a group and enjoyed a good variety of flavors from coffee to yuzu, to blue or red berries. This is a usual stop in for us when we are wandering by. I like to do a double flight, when possible) and try everything on tap.

The best brewery in Victoria, excellent beer special all the sour selection.

Love me a sour, and half the beer menu was just that!! ??My friend had a lager, a bunch of us ate. A little off the beaten path and 100% worth finding!!!

I loved the vibe at Île Sauvage! Ian, the owner of the place was amazing. He explained a lot of the drinks to us and even gave us a tour of the place! The flights are perfect to try their many sours and non-sour beers. I also have to mention that I tried their IPAs - I have never liked IPAs before but theirs wasn’t like any others I’ve tried. All their drinks are very well thought of and they’re also vegan! They also have late night snacks and during the day there’s food trucks for actual meals. Definitely recommend!

The beer is a delight. Sour beer defined, excellent flavorful lager, beautiful IPAs. The food truck is assidu spectacular. Even has kid friendly options. So grateful for the tasty beers and good food.

I had heard these were the best dumplings in town and they are, in fact, absolutely, irrefutably, objectively the tastiest dumplings in the greater Victoria area.

Really friendly bar staff, willing to talk for ages, and share stories. Beer was great. They had a good range of non sour or wild beers too for basic beer fans!

One if my all time favorite breweries. Excellent array of sours and unique beers which are rare to find so well done!

Great beers, they lean into the sours but always have a few good non sours. Nice little place with a nice menu to boot. Try the dumplings!

Stopped by on a whim as we're from out of town. If you like sours, this is the place. Lots of variety and excellent flavor profiles. Out of 8 there wasn't one we didn't enjoy. The nachos were also excellent. Highly recommend.

Great tap room with the brewing equipment all on display in the garage. Good service and tasty brews. They also have some food and offer flights for if you want to sample all their offerings. My sister tried their non-alcoholic yuzu hop tea and loved it, great for designated drivers. Parking is limited but we didn't have trouble finding a spot on a weekday evening.
