I'm surprised at some of the comments in the low reviews. You should disregard those.
I've always found all the staff to be very pleasant.
This brewery does focus on sours, so if you don't like that type of beer, perhaps move on.. or give it a try anyway, they have so many different styles and flavours.

Great spot. The owner Ian is a fantastic host who takes the time to make his customers feel welcomed. Pizza prima strada next door works quite close with Ile Sauvage which is a nice combo
