We had a fantastic flight of beers at Ile Sauvage. Incredible Lunar Lager, it might be my new favorite. Light, refreshing with a crisp, clean finish. Just enough hop so you know it's Craft. Also loved the Tropique sour, this would be perfect on a hot day sitting around the pool.Exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Overall a great experience! (just sad to know they don't really sell outside of locally)
A bit of a dated set of pictures from early visits to Ile Sauvage, but basically the same layout, different lineup. Ile Sauvage specializes in sour beers (usually unfermented beers) with a lot of fruit content. The owners and pourers are always willing to give an explanation of the process. Amazing sour beers ! Great options for not spur and also not alcoholic, enough to make a flight.. I bought some kombucha to go mixed with a hopped tea. Delicious and not overly sweet
