We had a wonderful lunch at John’s today my mother in law took us there on our trip to the island we are from Australia, we had a great experience the staff were so friendly and entertaining very warm welcoming environment and the food was 10/10. ☺️ I should also add when the staff suggest just one pancake believe them their meals are huge!
Ordered the meat loaf dinner and the eggs benny on cornbread. Both were 10/10.
We were pleasantly surprised by the crispy potatoes that come with the eggs benny. Great quality home style comfort food.
The complimentary bread was bland but it’s complimentary anyways.

Best brunch in vic! Food is phenomenal and so are the staff — every server I’ve ever had here has been unbelievably friendly and welcoming, especially some of the older ladies! On busy days like weekends you should expect a bit of a wait for a table and maybe for the food, but it’s so worth it and always goes faster than you would think.
