I have always wanted to try hot pot but I am gluten free. Laila Laila hotpot is very accommodating for gluten free. Communication with our server and the kitchen was very easy. He was able to quickly answer my questions and if he was unsure of the answer, he was able to translate questions between me and the kitchen clearly. They had many pork-free options such as beef, lamb, tripe, seafood and ox aorta.

The waitress did not explain clearly enough how to select food, made us confused and asked her again (oh sorry if you thought our english is a problem)., Although, we did not understand why we paid that amount but we were lazy to ask bc we lost patience with their service. In general the food quality was ok, not as good as our expectation. After paying, they said free ice cream would be served in 5 minutes but we waited for 15 minutes and it was not worth our waiting time.

My first time having hot pot and I was not disappointed! The food was delicious, fresh and flavorful. Seasoning bar was a nice touch to elevate the flavours. Milk tea was really good, not too sweet. Great service from our friendly waitress too!
