This is seriously the best Vietnamese food in Victoria/west shore. I’ve saved writing this review until I’ve tried it over ten times in a span of a year. Its quality of food and service is top. There are no cheap short cuts that you can find in some Vietnamese restaurants. I’ve tried had other favorites in town but their quality has gone way down. We have been here twice. The first time we were blown away by the quality and quantity of food. The second time - just today - the food was still of very high quality but the service was super slow. Something must have been going on behind the scenes - or perhaps they forgot our order - or maybe there was only one person in the kitchen.
