Ordered throught Uber eats only for them to call me and say the flavour I wanted wasn’t available. I told them to just cancel it but they told me to cancel it on my end and that would mean Uber eats charging me $20 for nothing. Bad customer service.

Really bad service. I called first about getting a vegan cake for my daughter's birthday. The man who answered was busy and said that he had trouble hearing me and then he hung up the phone. I really needed this cake so I ordered online with 2 days notice. On Sunday I drove downtown in the rain to pick up up my cake, which I had paid for. I was told by the sales lady that they did not make my cake because they did not bake gluten-free on weekends, and that someone had left a phone message, which I did not receive. A message or email would have worked better, and it would be best not to take my money online if this service was not available.

I had there caramel chocolate ice cream cake and it was so tasteless. Sugar was super duper high. I will never purchase any cake from you in future. You need to work on your receipe. Worst experience

Ice cream melts very fast! If you get a cone be ready to lick fast or get a cup. Service is good and you can sample flavours. Not somewhere I’d sit in but you’re downtown so it’s nice to walk around.

An excellent Ice Cream Parlor with so much to choose from. There was an insane number of options (ice cream types, toppings, sauces, cones/bowls) to customize the ice cream experience.
The cool part (no pun intended here) is that they take the ice cream options you choose, toppings and sauces too, and mix them together on a chilled slab, so every bite has a bit of everything.
We found the staff very patient with our kiddo who was taking their time when deciding exactly what to have on their massive ice cream cone. They continued to be patient when I went back in for more napkins and eventually an empty bowl.
