The place is nice, but the staff isn't very welcoming and the ice cream is REALLY too sweet and expensive (10$ for a small cup). I sent mine back because it was too sweet, even though I love sweets.

Marbles Slab Ice Cream is awesome! Suman was super helpful and friendly. i visited yesterday to the store and She helped me pick the perfect flavor combo. The ice cream was delicious, and the service was great. I'll definitely be back!

I have been to Marble Slab locations in Alberta, specifically Edmonton and never had to deal with such a filthy establishment. It is a good thing I am tall so I could reach the top of the door to open it because the entire door was filthy and disgusting. The inside of the restaurant was just as dirty. The two workers were too busy paying attention to a young man who was not there as a customer but rather to take something one of the girls was passing to him, we were not sure what it was but it was not a bathroom key because we asked and we were told there are no washrooms. The padlocked freezer door was pretty telling as the establishment looked as though the addicts and drug dealers outside are a nuisance to them. Then we paid too much money for too little ice cream, and it could not have been much worse. They could not even spell Bubblegum properly on the bubble gum ice cream my daughter ordered. They wouldn't even let my daughter purchase some bubblegum as a topping for the ice cream as it didn't have any in it. Needless to say we will not be back...until we visit Alberta

I love the different flavours combinations. I get pints ordered from skip the dishes. My favourite is cheesecake loaded with strawberries, strawberry syrup and jam.
