I heard from several people to absolutely try this place because it's so amazing. I'm very torn on this review because the food was amazing. So much flavor. But the service wasn't great. We waited a long time for water. Our waitress wasn't very helpful or friendly. I'm honestly not sure I'll come back here. So many Japanese restaurants in Victoria and ended up going to Toro and did not disappoint. The food was super delicious and presented to us nicely. Price was very reasonable for the quality of food we got. Service was great and the ambience was contemporary and chill. Enjoyable experience and would recommend.Also very celiac friendly.Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly.

went last summer and first impressions were that it was definitely one of the more expensive Japanese restaurants. The food was good so it made paying the price worth it. The service was good as well, kept on checking in to see how the meal’s going.
