They have set meals for $23. Used to be cheaper. Lots of food for the price. Had the assorted katsu set: good if you're into breaded stuff. The sesame coleslaw is delicious. The side dishes are interesting, blanched greens, pickled veggies, various sauces. Also had the teriyaki chicken. Very normal and filling. Same side dishes. Had the deep fried ice cream. The batter was a bit thick on the ice cream, but its ok. Will try other dishes next time.
I visit to Kappo Marta was absolutely delightful! The atmosphere is cozy and elegant, making it a great spot for both gatherings and date nights. Every dish was crafted with care—the sashimi and sushi were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, taking time to explain the dishes, which made the experience even more enjoyable. What a great surprise! First time eating here and just found on google maps searching for someplace new. We got there early and it quickly filled up right after. I love the idea of set boxes and went with the sabayaki aka mackerel and was very happy with how it was grilled. Also like the non standard sides like pickles and eggplant.
