Won’t put honey 🍯 in coffee at drive thru …. Don’t love dealing with honey, sticky fingers or a sticky mess all over my car… if I was dining Inn, I would understand, but not for the convenience of drive-through when asked for a refund was refused at second window and also argued with Management Who was unkind, unprofessional, and Not sympathetic … What’s next when I order a hamburger are they going to be giving me packets of ketchup?

I’m an UberEats delivery driver… at this location, often I need to wait 15-20 minutes before the order is ready. This is not reasonable for me or for Uber.

Filthy. Dirty napkins and garbage everywhere. And what’s the point of having the now serving screen if they don’t use it. My order was cleared from now serving about 10 minutes before it was actually ready.

Worst mcdonald's in bc by far. They ignore you if you come to the counter, food is horrible tasting, tbey screw up your order every time. Food is burnt, ingredients is missing. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I bought a burger, fries, and 6 sauces (way too much sauce but I like to use it for future meals) anyways, the fries were cold. They forgot all the sauces. AND the burger looked like it was made by throwing the ingredients by 20 feet away. It was just gross. Plus I paid for stuff I didn’t get. That’s robbery dude.

I visited the McDonald’s Esquimalt drive-through on October 30, 2025, around 7:40 PM. I waited at the speaker for quite some time, trying to place my order, but no one responded. I could clearly see three staff members chatting and laughing amongst themselves, completely ignoring customers. Despite my attempts to speak, no one took my order. I eventually had to drive away without being served. Very disappointing experience definitely not the level of service expected from McDonald’s.

Staffs are very friendly and cheerful! Like seriously, never seen any fast food place with that cheerful greeters! Kudos to everyone making such a great efforts! They are very fast and efficient! Team work at its finest! Thank you for the hardwork!

Absolutely, the worst designed McDonald's in North America. ZERO parking lot space unless you drive a smart car. I won't be back. Myopic designers should be stripped of their credentials. Profits before people.
