Take the meh rating back. This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. From management to the staff, honestly just bad people. Will never come back. Hope this place fails
We sat in the drive thru for 20 mins for them to tell us cash only! And sent us away empty handed. What a joke will never come back. Piss poor management!

I recently visited the McDonald's in Esquimalt, and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience pleasant from start to finish. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. I especially appreciated how fresh and hot my food was. The McCafe coffee was also excellent – the perfect pick-me-up! I’ll definitely be returning to this location for a fast, reliable, and enjoyable meal. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area!

For the times my family has eaten in this branch, there will always be something wrong with our order despite us ordering through those ordering terminals. Three times, my husband’s take outs have been wrong, or missing an item. Recently, my husband ordered a wrap with grilled chicken. They gave him a crispy chicken wrap. On the same night, he ordered a sundae for table service coz it’s just him and my daughter. He just heard the counter shouting out his name for him to pick up the sundae. WTH? What happened to the table service? Overall, if you want good service from Mcdonald’s, don’t go here.

I have been to this McDonald’s 3 times now… every time my order was either incomplete or incorrect. No sugar in my tea, missing my extra burger patty, cookie instead of muffin, no drink 2 times. At least it’s clean… every day the service industry gets worse smh.

This McDonald’s has unfortunately gone downhill the past couple of years. I have been getting very sick from eating here, once from a filet o fish and now from breakfast burritos. Last time I dined in the garbage was overflowing and a drink got spilled all over me. Very unfortunate this is the one I used to really like.

Good location overall. Staff are very kind and work quickly. Generally pretty clean. Drive thru is too slow. Pulled off to the side for almost every order I've had.
The din is unbearable due to the rattle of conveyer belt and loud constant dinging. It rattles my nerves to be inside for 5-10 minutes to place an order. It must be unbearably stressful for the staff to work in those conditions for hours. No other Macdonald’s is as noisy. Nor do they have a conveyer belt. The owner should spend some time inside. Then improve conditions for staff and customers.
