Based on the reviews, Saigon Char-Broil in Esquimalt offers outstanding food and the best customer service. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful staff who are polite, friendly, and kind. The manager personally comes to see how guests are doing, making them feel at home. The food is delicious, with the Pho being amazing. The Vermicelli, Spring Roll and Pork and the Rice Dish are great choices. The Vermicelli and Spring Roll bowls and Vietnamese subs have always been stupendous. Portions are enough for two people. The take-out wait times have always been super quick. One guest had a mix-up with an order, pointing to the salad roll instead of the pork garlic loaf sandwich. The server calmly explained the mistake but brought the sandwich anyway, along with a spring roll, which were some of the best things ever eaten. The server then comped the entire meal, even though the error was the guest's. This customer service is the best ever experienced. The food is incredible, and the place is unbeatable. Highly recommended.
