My most favourite place in all of Victoria to get Ramen! My mom and I come here all the time and get the Miso Ramen, it’s the absolute best. The broth is very flavourful and the noodles are delicious. Great service as well, lovely little place to stop by.
We came here in a group. It took nearly over 20 minutes to get our order even though there were only 2 other parties. I ordered the shoyu Ramen with tonkatsu broth. It tasted like the bone broth was not clarified and it had a slightly gritty stick-to-roof-mouth that you would get if you ate a cold stew. The pork didn't really have a taste and was burnt at the edges which made it unpleasant. My fried rolls were frozen in the inside (but they brought out another properly cooked set after I told them). We waited 30 minutes in total for our bill as it was incorrect 3 times. Overall, it does not compare to the ramen we had in Japan or other local ramen joints. Our frustration was compounded by a forced gratuity when we were displeased with the service, and tips are for excellent/outstanding service.

Soup. I had the Membow Ramen which had a distinctly garlic flour and both my husband and I liked it. We both actively disliked the Ramen my husband had which tastes like watered down Ichiban soup. We also ordered a beef ribs which was ok but we wouldn't order that again. The flavor was good but it was incredibly chewy requiring the swallowing of chunks whole. We won't ever be back though. They have changed their menu and pricing........BUT are still using their old menus!!! When I asked about the fact I didn't get what was advertised, they basically told me to go pound sand. They did not agree that it's not ok to use the outdated menu without at least putting a note on it with the changes........ Actually, I started out with three stars but after writing this I am lowering it to two. I can't believe they think this bait and switch is acceptable.Service was meh. Food came in a reasonable time but the waiter never returned once except to bus the table.Decor is pretty basic/rundown but clean. It's a skinny restaurant so the main tables face the wall which I don't care for but my husband didn't mind.

Cozy ramen shop with a variety of ramen. Tried the Menbow Black Garlic ramen. Very delicious and the meat quality was excellent. I wish they had some side dipping hot sauce or chili sauce as the ramen needed something to reset the palette.

Very calm and warm place to enjoy some really good ramen. They even have a kids menu. Perfect for a cold day, and the flavours are great.Vegetarian options: The tomato ramen as the vegetarian soup was so good , very flavorful , was able to customize it adding spicy.Kid-friendliness: They have a good menu a mini ramen or a very generous Bento box style dinner.

We ordered ramen and the gluten free donburi. The ramen was okay, but the donburi was inedible, so salty.
