Typically I only have great experiences here however today I was left feeling a little embarrassed. I came in to buy one sleeve as and made a joke that it will “force my husband to come in and stock up because it’s his turn to buy”. The mature lady helping me told me about the buy 7 get one free and I politely declined and mentioned my reasoning for buying one again. Before ringing me through she mentioned the sale again and said that “ You might as well because they don’t expire for a year” I said no thank you again and her tone, facial expression and attitude completely changed. No smile, no eye contact. It was a quick exchange and I completely understand that she was probably encouraged to up sell this promotion however, the attitude change after saying “no thank you” twice was unnecessary. I hope the rest of her day is full of kind smiling people as it tends to be contagious :)

Dropped by Nespresso in Victoria when we were down from up Island. My girlfriend was excited to see what might be new or if there were any deals. She's the coffee drinker and loves that little machine.Well, total disappointment... Like others have written, the service was ultra snobby, if you can even call it service. We were made to wait at the entrance to the shop and when we were finally greeted it seemed we were a total inconvenience. We were so put off we didn't even finish going inside.Back to online shopping for us. Support local only works when local supports you.

The old lady with grey hair who works there is extremely unfriendly and cold! I am shocked how people who don’t enjoy working with others get hired in these kind of jobs!! Customer service is the most important thing and all I could feel was a cold look and very unfriendly attitude

Returned a product because staff gave wrong description when we bought it. Upon returning staff still didn’t acknowledge the wrong information and were not very friendly. Go to a real coffee/espresso supply store and buy a proper machine instead of these fancy keurigs.

I got a Vertuo machine a few years ago, and wanted to have an original machine as well. I went to the store and the team was amazing. First they walked me through the machines and asked me questions to make sure they would recommend the right one. On top of that they suggested me to taste a few coffees, and that was AMAZING! I had a free class about coffee!Ended up buying a machine and some sleeves, but nothing compared to what I learned about coffee.Congratulations Nespresso Mayfair for the great service!

The service at this location is very rude and cold. They really need to hire people who are happy to have a job and like interacting with customers. We refuse to go back to this store now and will only be doing online purchases from here on out. The thin, old lady with long grey hair needs to just find herself a desk job where it is ok to be snobby to customers and treat them like they have zero money and shouldn’t be in the store. Such a horrible experience and not the first time with having this sales person act this way either.

Had the opportunity recently to drop by the Nespresso shop at Mayfair Mall. I found the store to be immaculate in its layout and cleanliness and I received excellent service from both the front of house staff and the staff who promptly delivered my purchase to the till before I completed my transaction! I’ll be back!Parking: Lots of vacant spots just an elevator ride away from the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent
