Exceptional visit! Staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the Nespresso product line. We love the consistent high quality and convenience that comes with Nespresso pods so there was no question when our hard working 10 year old Vertuo machine died that we’d replace it with another Nespresso. We landed on the Up after Brad demonstrated the features of different machines and patiently answered our questions.

My wife and I had a great experience at this Nespresso boutique. We ran into a few issues with our purchases, but the store manager, Jennifer, went above and beyond to help us resolve everything.
She was knowledgeable, calm, and in complete control of the situation, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Thanks to her excellent service and advice, we were so happy with our experience that we ended up buying an additional machine.
