This is an AWESOME new york fries! The staff is so friendly, totally efficient, with beautiful smiles always greeting us! And the food is always hot and delicious! It's our go-to place in the mall and the ONLY stop we'll make in the food court! BRAVO LADIES!!! THANKS ☺️!!!

On October 14th, I encountered an unpleasant experience at your establishment due to the impolite and hurried service provided by a staff member with a blue scrunchy in her hair. While I was attempting to place my order, she abruptly asked me to hurry up, claiming that there was a line behind me. However, upon observation, there was no line present, except for my family who were standing behind me. This incident transpired within a brief timeframe of less than 30 seconds while I was placing my order.

Great food, came here with a friend and had amazing poutines. The workers are very generous with the quantity and are overall friendly. The atmosphere being pretty decent especially for the inside of a mall. Not too busy but thats probably because of the day.

I recently visited this New York Fries and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were not only courteous and efficient but also genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs, which added a pleasant atmosphere to the place.

The food was equally impressive. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just the way they should be. The variety of toppings and poutine options made it easy to find something that suited my taste buds, and each dish was flavorful and satisfying. Despite the high quality, the prices were very affordable, offering great value for the money.

Overall, my experience at New York Fries was fantastic. The combination of excellent customer service, delicious and affordable food, and a welcoming environment makes it a place I will definitely return to and recommend to others.
