I have been here 3 times and each time has not disappointed. I am from the states and I have to say this is really good sushi. I have only had the sushi and I have not had the rest of the fanfare so I can't say how the other food is but if the sushi is any indication that i'm sure the rest of the food is great. Also, I've had the saki and a couple of the drinks and they are excellent very good job on the bartending and the wait staff, I have not had any issues with...

Had a good experience at Nubo! I ordered the katsu don and it was super tasty - crispy, flavourful, and comforting. I also tried the Midnight Tokyo Roll, which was nice and fresh. Not pictured, but I also tried the tempura which was light, and crispy. The atmosphere was nice, clean, and modern. The service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!!

Nubo, not Nobu haha. It’s my dinner in Victoria with my aunt and I ate so much (I basically ate all of this). I thought the place was pretty nice; decent quality ingredients with good rice. The service is just unreasonably slow at times though.
