I had the worst experience of my life at this restaurant. I arrived at 5:34 PM to pick up my order, and the staff told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited patiently, then went to check back at 5:54 PM—only to be met with rude and unprofessional behavior. The woman who initially helped me snapped at me, saying I came too early and it was my mistake, even though I returned exactly after the time they gave me.
When the food was finally ready 10 minutes later, no one informed me. I was just left sitting there, completely ignored. And when I tried to express my concern, I was told there was no one available to speak with and I’d have to come back another time.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy or respect.

soya sauce wasn’t put in my to-go order even when I specifically made a note I needed it :( how does one eat sushi without soya sauce… careless mistake ruined the overall experience. sushi rolls themselves were delicious though.

Bento box is so good! Best thing about this place, service is only second because they're awesome too. Sake is so good, you can get the yuzu citrus soda and use the mug they give you to make cocktails if just the sake is too strong for you.

Ordered unagi and beef bento, the rice bowl was not my favorite cause even though the protein was good, there were long strips of onion and pepper I didn’t like. It also came with fried chicken which was 10/10, and also salad and basic cali roll which felt a tiny bit dry. Also ordered 3 rolls, YMCA, salmon avocado, and house roll and my fav was the house roll. Not mind blowing sushi but not bad.

It's 4am and I am up with serious food poisoning after eating here. The food was delicious. But I think the salmon gave me anisakiasis (worms) or something! I had no lunch and toast with butter for breakfast so not a lot of other probabilities for where this came from :/
