Fantastic place for fish and chips. Especially when it is all GF and there are no worries.
The old lady on cash center is completely unprofessional.
I have Celiac disease so you can imagine my joy at finding fish and chips that are gluten free! This is my second time ordering fish and chips and have to say the fish (Ling Cod) was absolutely delicious, the batter light and not greasy and the chips were being devoured before I even had arrived home. The cole slaw also was very tasty and normally I don't like cole slaw at all! Thank you once again for a very welcome and delicious meal. I shall return, plus I also purchased some raw fish to make into a nutricious tasty fish pie.
One piece of halibut - gluten-free!!! Sides and tartar sauce all GF also - if you are GF and looking for a fish and chip spot in Victoria
There are few tables, and it is not much for ambiance. But if you’re into fresh, tasty fish and chips or seafood, at a good price, you absolutely have to try this place.
So because I ordered through Uber eats and they won't give me a refund for my raw calamari and oysters I'll write this review. Your going to get people sick by serving food like this. Oysters very questionable.
Love the fish and chips
Best gf battered oysters I’ve ever found. I’ve been enjoying them for several years and am never disappointed! A friend ordered fish (cod) and chips, and enjoyed it thoroughly. Their coleslaw is a pass for me, but everything else has always been fresh, crispy and delicious.
Keep in mind this is a fresh local fish shop w/ a freezer full of goodies, and a fish and cup shop attached (not a restaurant to sit and be served). There are tables to eat at, but I usually drive the 5 minutes to the marina and enjoy the takeout with a view if weather allows.
Super fresh alive crabs to buy. They sell saffron too which is convenient.
Had excellent gluten free fish and chips! Ling cod!! Yum!!

We had a massive order for about 7 people today and a couple of peeps with gluten intolerance. The meal was delicious, the fish so tasty with a light batter. Popcorn shrimp and calamari were highlights. This place is well worth a visit.
Expecting a nicer atmosphere but it's just a seafood shop with eating area inside and outside. Clam chowder was good though. Don't know much about the rest of the menu but it looks good especially the fact it's in a seafood shop. Looking around at there seafood, I would definitely buy there because the fish looks good.
Went in for one piece of fish deep fried, walked out with a small live dead crab. They killed it and cleaned it, took it home and cooked it. Was delicious! $38.00 but so worth it. The first night was delicious, second night had the rest with a Prime rib steak. 🤤😋.
I have a gluten intolerance. I feel safe eating here.
Quickly became a regular place to eat
