If you have been contemplating on getting a cake from Ooh la la... don't contemplate anymore get it. The moment I was shown my cake at the front counter I couldn't believe it I was so happy. They really made my vision come true. Thank you so much to the ones who made my cake here. I love it so much. Look and taste is both phenomenal. My daughter wanted Hello Kitty cake for her birthday. I was advised by Ohhlala staff that cupcakes were more practical options for my daughter’s age group. They are correct. We had a minor issue and they fixed it ASAP. I’m happy with their service craftsmanship and food quality. I don’t usually do Google review unless I’m absolutely happy with what I got. So, yes!

Ordered 100 cupcakes and a small cake for our wedding. It was so easy to order everything over email. We sent a photo of what we wanted but didn't want the coconut on the outside of the cake. Stacie made an amazing suggestion of doing crystal sugar instead which looked absolutely amazing!! The cupcakes and cake were delicious. We greatly appreciate Ooh La La Cupcakes + Cakes making the cakes and cupcakes for our wedding!

I recently ordered a custom Toy Story cake for my son's 2nd birthday celebration. The cake's appearance and custom flavors exceeded my expectations. However, I did encounter a concern - the cake was left out for pickup, posing a melting risk due to the summer heat. Fortunately, a staff member intervened, and we promptly resolved the issue, preventing a potential disaster. Overall, the service and cake quality were exceptional.

I ordered a complex custom themed birthday cake for my friends 30th birthday, only one week before the date we needed it, and the team here absolutely crushed it! It turned out exactly like the photos I shared, and the cake was absolutely delicious. The birthday girl was so happy and everyone devoured it!! We even had to transport the cake in our car for 4 hours and it held up perfectly!

The customer service was amazing and the team was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. I highly recommend to anyone looking for custom cakes in Victoria!

Dietary restrictions: We needed no raisins in the cake and it was easily accommodated!

Ooh La La Cupcakes + Cakes created our amazing vegan wedding cake. We asked for both layers to be cookies and crème cake and cookies and crème filling with vanilla icing on the outside. The cake was incredibleeeeeee!! The actual cake layers were moist and had a wonderful flavour, and the filling and icing were simply divine. All our guests raved about the cake and even asked if we had any leftover!! Not only an amazing vegan cake, but an incredible cake in general. They were amazing to connect with over email and the cake was packaged very securely for transport. I would 100% recommend them for any cupcakes/cakes.

We tried the sampler to decide which cakes we wanted for our 2 tier wedding cake. We went with the coconut lemon and gluten free chocolate cake and they were both delicious! As well, we ordered 8 dozen mini cupcakes which were all gone by the end of the night! Thank you for making the day extra sweet! Would recommend again!!!

Bought a cake for $40, supposedly for 6-8 people. Went to pick it up and it was MAYBE 5 inches in diameter. For $40????

Oh great, and now I'm being told that it's simply because it's taller... THE WHOLE THING WEIGHS 750 GRAMS. That's absolutely insane to suggest that is a good size for that many people, nevermind for $40. Good job trying to both gaslight and condescend at the same time, I suppose I respect the multi tasking.

Got the chocolate fudge cake and it got eaten at an event amongst other really good desserts because it was really tasty. I recommend if you want a Birthday Cake people will actually eat!
