My child ordered a mango pineapple smoothie, and was very excited as it was his first Orange Julius drink ever. Firstly, his gift card wasn't accepted to pay for it (which I guess maybe we should have checked beforehand, but just assumed it worked at all DQ and Orange Julius locations). Then, he found his drink tasted mostly like bananas. At our car, I tried it and it definitely looked like bananas (beige/brown, and not orange as you'd expect for an orange/mango smoothie), and it tasted like bananas. We didn't have time to go back, but I did write to DQ. My kid never finished their drink, and I doubt he'll try them again.

Orange Julius drinks are supposed to be icey not almost water consistency & room temperature. Whenever I order one it’s pre made sitting there and he pours it in a cup. At the very least poir some ice cubes in and blend it for 10 seconds then pour!DQ bot, please don’t bother copy and pasting a reply to this like the rest. & if you do…..then it’s clear you don’t even actually read the reviews.Hows this place still open?!Oh wait, that’s why…..there’s no actual customer service at the counter or later on reviews.

Ordered a hot dog for my 4 year old and waited about 10 mins for it because the worker forgot it while it was cooking. When he remembered, the hot dog was suuuuper hot and we decided to let it cool while we walked around the mall. 10-15 mins later it felt cool enough on the outside we let her try to eat some and she burned her mouth, spitting it out everywhere. We went back to ask for another hot dog that was appropriate temperature and he refused to give us another or a refund because he said we should've asked immediately.This was really bad customer service considering it was his error that he forgot it while it was cooking and should've made a different one off the bat.My 4 year old ended up with a burned mouth and no meal.

I took my kid here for a visit and he needed a cup of warm water. I bought a hot dog which costs $3.99 and I was expecting them to charge me for hot water which I was willing to pay. However, I was charged $3 for a cup of hot water. When I ask how much it was, the older guy told me it was $3 and told me "don't spill it" with very sarcastic tone.I hope people are aware of this and think twice before making any purchase.OK. I read the other people's review on the bottom and they have not been charged. Did I get charged $3 for a cup of hot water because I am an Asian?

Horrible service! The guy is super rude and acted as though our business was infringing on his time. He slammed my cup on the counter when I was asking him a question regarding the sizes because I wanted a larger cup. We left without purchasing anything.

Consistent quality - pretty good prices. Quick service. Chicago Dog is a personal favourite. Only a counter to serve from so there is not seating but great for on the go. Also good for kids to get a quick bit.
