I've been here many times, usually for takeaway. I've yet to try the fried chicken but all the sushi and bento boxes I've had are phenomenal! They certainly know how to cook food, and if you dine in at certain times you may be surprised with an gratis appetizer, which I just found out by actually doing a sit-down meal! Kitchen Story is located in the mall and yet it left me thoroughly impressed. We opted for the tofu bowls, and let me tell you, the portions were beyond generous. Each bite was flavourful. The miso soup was tasty! The tofu was perfectly cooked and seasoned, paired with an assortment of fresh vegetables and packed with umami. Dbl deep fried korean style chicken was the memory maker. Unexpectedly, the miso soup and wonton soup were both on the spicy side which is not our personal preference.Excellent service I would say and the casual vibe atmosphere makes it welcoming.Reasonable price. ?
