Had a lovely experience with the friendly staff, although it was busy they came and took my order straight away!! I’m not one to order online too often but this is genuinely one of my new favorite spots. Thank you papa John’s!
I ordered a Shaq-a-roni pizza and asked for it to be cooked “well done” (a standard menu option). When it arrived it was *barely* cooked, just enough so that the bottom of the crust was set but the dough underneath the toppings was completely raw. Despite the pizza arriving quite quickly, it was lukewarm at best. I’m guessing that their oven is either malfunctioning or improperly set.
I reached out via the official complaint form on the website immediately after the pizza was delivered. I has been two days since then and I have still not heard back.
All in all, a waste of $35
