“Part and Parcel” is a restaurant that is passionate in food and hospitality. Every item on their tasting menu was packed with flavor (slightly on the saltier side!) and creativity. Their ambience from the lighting, seats, decor, and down to the menu are curated to portray their authentic and genuine taste.
I highly recommend this place, will visit any time I’m in Victoria BC!

We had the best flank stake, meat from the local farm. This was literally the best meat we’ve had in Canada. I hope it sticks around on the menu, even though I love seasonal changes (well, you can change sides 😄). The whole dish is perfectly balanced. We always enjoy other food too but this was extraordinary!

What a gem! This little eatery is one of Victoria’s best kept secrets. We had three dishes that were loaded with delish and sultry flavour layers, and we were charmed by the intimate atmosphere and delightful staff. Such a refreshing dining experience !!

Loved everything we ate (fancy grilled cheese sandwich with tomato, bacon, citrus basil and garlic/chive butter, and Nashville hot halibut sandwich with dill sauce, simple green salads on the side) our server was attentive, delightful, and the atmosphere is quirky and cool with funky art, attractive set up and great music. Perfect lunch!

P&P is not only one of the best restaurants in Victoria, it is one of the 4-5 best restaurants I've ever attended in my life, in BC, Canada, Europe and the US. The 8 course tasting menu is sublime.

We had a vegetarian tasting menu (their “feast” option) for a table of 5 and everyone at the table agreed it was one of the best meals of our entire lives (and 3 out of the 5 of us are not vegetarians, still rated it as one of the best meals of our lives!).
It was priced at $74CAD per person and was beyond worth the price, we had trouble finishing the meal because we were all so full, but managed to finish everything because it was so delicious. Extremely generous tasting menu.
The ambiance was wonderful if a little too dark (the lights were kept very dim), but honestly it was a vibe. The plating seemed gorgeous so would love to have seen it a bit more but it did not take away from overall experience. There was a bit of extended waiting in the middle of the meal between some courses but we assumed it was because we had requested vegetarian only and they had to make some off-menu items from scratch. Have patience, it is entirely worth it. There is a genius in this kitchen.
Definitely make a reservation in advance. Street parking ample and easy to find nearby.
