So I thought this place was just a wine shop, and I was wrong! It's an amazing restaurant in a humble package. The food was incredibly good, and the staff was kind and professional. It's exactly what you want - for a quick bite that blows your taste buds away. Order the chicken sandwich.

We haven’t even made it in the door. We had a reservation made 10 - 14 days ago for next week. We got a phone call last night from P & P to cancel our reservation. They apparently had a large group book out the Resturant for the night. We get that, but they did not even offer to rebook our reservation or to compensate us for the cancellation. 😔

I wanted to love Part and Parcel.
We were going to order the chefs tasting menu and were asked if we had any allergies. We have a hazelnut allergy plus an egg allergy but none are anaphylactic. The server said a few dishes have aioli so we went ahead with it. The server did not try to dissuade us. In the end almost every item had eggs including lots of sauce with eggs, gnocchi made with eggs, and ultimately a basque cheesecake. The other issue was that the final course only had 6 slices of wagu beef for all 4 of us. For a $75 per person meal we weren’t even full.
Generally the service was bad. The server wasn’t friendly, left us without drinks many times throughout the meal and the chairs were metal and uncomfortable.
The flavour of the food was good but I just can’t recommend the restaurant because of the experience we had.

Great food and service ! You can't go wrong with the broccoli small plate. The pork belly and kamut chicken were superb. I had the hot sauce on the side with the chicken which you may want to consider if you don't like too much heat. The basque cheesecake was perfect and the teeny edible pine cones made it for me !

Easily the best hole in the wall in Victoria. The chicken sandwich is a thing of legend. The service is exceptional. The ambiance is cozy and inviting. 11/10
The meal was outstanding. Four of us ordered a variety of dishes and all were excellent. The roasted beet small plate was one of the best dishes we have ever had

This place has been in the neighbourhood for a while. It seems to be a local favourite and now I know why. Service is superb. Food arrives quickly and tastes delicious. My only complaint is that I was done too quickly. Next time I’ll make a reservation and bring friends. I ordered the Gnocchi and the Hibiscus tea punch. I’ll definitely have it again!!

Had a lovely lunch. The broccoli sandwich is delicious. We also enjoyed the hibiscus punch which was delicious and unique. Service was excellent.
