SHOUT OUT BOBBY!! i cant have gluten, so i called asking what i could get and bobby not only told me what foods will usually contain gluten for pho, but he also gave me multiple suggestions on what to get! i prefer beef, so he suggested the steak and beef brisket and oh my god.... YOU GUYS THIS WAS THE BEST PHO IVE EVER HADDDDD. i ordered delivery, not only did it smell fresh but STEAM came off when i opened it, it was packed with so much care, the beef was so insanely good the broth was packed full of flavour and the service from Bobby was literally the sweetest. i cannot stress this enough, the food was SO GOOD! of course it was a bit expensive but literally what isnt expensive nowadays, ill only be getting pho from this place from now on! so fresh, so flavourful and so good!

The service provider today was disengaged and rude. While the chicken soup was okay I was annoyed that he would not give me a glass of tap water. I was prepared to pay something for a paper cup. I told him I would not be returning to his kiosk given his service. As most of us know the tip request is front and centre when you pay for your order. A regular bowl of soup and a small gratuity came to 20.00. Had I known the level of service I was going to receive there would have been no tip forthcoming. This is Canada, we have the largest fresh water reserves in the world, so when an immigrant food service in the industry wants to provide food services they should know as Canadians we expect them to enculturate themselves to Canadian standards which as long as I’ve been going to restaurants has been you receive a glass of tap water when it’s requested. As a result of this experience I won’t be returning here and they lose out on a regular costumer who tends to generously tip because I understand they work hard. So do better Pho Tru Mayfair. It’s time to push back against tipping that is pushed by these establishments when they refuse to provide the most basic of services.

Guy at the front was friendly and helped me choose which options i wanted. Good tasted good. BUT I waited about 20 minutes for my food, it wasn't busy, there was no one in the restaurant. I thought well at least I'm getting fresh food.. no..I did not. (I opened everything immediately to try when i got to my car)The pork in my vermicelli bowl was stone cold and really fatty/chewy because it was cold, which was sad because it would have been great, fresh.. then there was like the TINIEST sprinkle of the peanuts/ crispy onion (looks like more in picture but it a lot was literally all that you can see, on top of the salad part which was inconvenient when i threw the vegetables out)which honestly was what made me buy it because it looks like a generous pile in the pictures compared to the other things that are in it. But no, there wasn't even enough to taste at all. I don't really like vegetables and didn't find the ones that took up half the dish very appealing so I didn't even eat them. This left me with cold pork noodles and sauce which didn't really add much, it just all tasted like 5 spice including the sub. Which brings me to the sub, I got the brisket sub, and the meat in that was warm, no problem there, the only problem was that the bun was not the typical airy big bun with the flaky crispy exterior.. it ended up feeling like I was eating a 5 spice brisket sandwich on a long hot dog bun no crunch and pillowy softness just compressed bread.. Didn't give the same feel as I like to get with my banh mi. There was also a respectable amount of meat in both meals, which is extremely important for me because I don't really like vegetables, so i was happy about that. So.. overall could have been 5 stars but not a fan of spending 35 dollars for cold food that doesn't come looking vaguely like the pictures and a bun that would have been what you expect had it not been more slender than usual and seemingly compressed.

Friendly guy at the till. The crispy spring roll was a bit dense inside. The pho broth had a strong anise and clove flavour, with no other flavours coming through. The amount of meat was generous, but the steak was clumped at the bottom and wasn’t fully cooked there. The vermicelli with lemongrass pork was good, though.

I ordered food online for pick up today’s evening, and it was very delicious! Lemongras Chicken with Rice - it had very good size, and I can't forget this awesome taste! Garlic pork rolls were also very good! I'll definitely come back again!

Been coming here for a while. The pho is good but the portions seem to get smaller every week to the point where now $25 worth of soup (reg. pho+veggies+tip) is basically an appetizer. The decor and vibe is not good so the money saved on reno is no longer showing up in the portion size.
