Phenomenal. My husband had Pho and I had teriyaki beef. Seriously the best I've ever had. My husband said the pho was also his favourite ever. Really lovely staff. Worth going out of your way to dine here. Highly-qualified recommend. We will be back.

Genuinely the best pho place in Victoria for me. The donkatsu pairs perfectly, my friend and I got the pho and donkatsu and shared it and it was so lovely, the servers are so attentive and filled my water consistently, the food came out all in under 15 minutes, genuinely so perfect.

Pho U is great! We ordered a bowl of Pho combo (giant with loads of goodies) and BiBimBap - SO good and very attentive, friendly service. You won't be disappointed. :)

First time trying Pho U and had the Dolsot BiBimBab. It was delicious. Will be a repeat customer.

A fast favourite.
I love love loved the steak and brisket pho in this quiet and calm restaurant. Bean sprouts, cilantro, jalapenos and lime on the side to add as desired. The broth is super flavorful and the serving size is deceptively HUGE.

The server was attentive and kind, when she overheard that I can't have gluten (something brand new to me) she went out of her way to let me know which sauces were safe and which would be risky for me.

I eat here often, and for the past five years, whenever I want to eat Vietnamese pho, I will definitely come to this restaurant! Lunch is super affordable. No matter what time of day, I will mostly order P1, which is my favorite Vietnamese pho. When I don’t want to drink soup, I will order bibimbap. I’m salivating now just thinking about it! Excellent service! The meals are easy to understand! The takeaway is also very good and fast!

Parking: The parking space depends on the time of day, but you can usually find a space. This is a plaza, so the parking space is right in front of the restaurant.

As a Vietnamese person, I rate this restaurant five stars. at first I was a little sceptical looking at the menu usually when you combine two cuisines, they don’t live up to expectations. While I can’t speak for the Korean food because I didn’t try any, the Pho with Brisket was delicious and authentic. My food came within maybe five minutes probably less. Everyone needs to come to this place ASAP. Service is friendly and attentive.

Very friendly attentive staff, food is top notch as always, It was quite quiet while I was there which was nice, but lots of action of door dash people and other take out orders. 100% recommend

One of my favorite restaurants for tonkatsu serves a Korean-style pork cutlet that's thin, crispy, and large enough to feed two people. While I don't have any pictures, their jaeyuk (spicy pork teriyaki) is also quite good. However, I didn't care for their seafood noodles at all, so I'll stick to the tonkatsu (portk cutlet) from now on.
