I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Pho U until now!! 😳 I think over the past 18 months I’ve become a regular. I need the veggie miso pho AT LEAST every 2 weeks, but twice a week has also happened. It’s healing food. It picks up my energy, makes me feel good inside, and nourishes me. The staff and atmosphere are impeccable. I used to have a male server, but now mostly have 2 female servers who are so kind and friendly, and they know my order…I’m so predictable! Yesterday I mixed it up by ordering the veggie Korean pancake. Sizzling iron plate…so darn good.
I’m vegetarian, but trust me, they have all the variety of omnivore dishes you could ask for…with a Korean/Thai twist.
Delicious, fresh, fast, friendly, and good value.

I actually get food from here relatively often cuz it's close and I love Korean food. The bibambob is odd...korean restaurants make this dish very nicely...here the ingredients are just thrown in. Good thing, they give you a fair serving of bulgogi, bad thing is they add lettuce. Yuck hot lettuce. I was very disappointed last time as I ordered spring rolls. Vietnamese restaurants usually have great spring rolls. But they charged me an arm and a leg for frozen small egg rolls. They were gross and totally overpriced for boxed pre-made rolls. DONT get them. They get 3 stars cuz their bibimbob isn't terrible and is the only place I can get it without going into town

Excellent miso pho Excellent service, super kind staff. Delicious food, I've become a regular and every single time super happy about food and portion sizes are really great. It's a peaceful place. Every time I leave, I am full and happy. I wish they were open on Mondays, too

I was happy to see your resturant until I noticed two things reading menu: only large size pho and no Bahn mi.
I can't eat a large in one sitting, didn't want to take leftovers as I'm running errands, and Bahn mi would have been a good lunch. Would appreciate these options on your menu. Thanks anyways

Our family just had the most lovely time at Pho U! I can’t thank our witty server enough for his awesome personality and perfect service. The food was exceptional as well. We’ll be coming back many time into the future. This restaurant is the perfect place for a family outing!
Phenomenal. My husband had Pho and I had teriyaki beef. Seriously the best I've ever had. My husband said the pho was also his favourite ever. Really lovely staff. Worth going out of your way to dine here. Highly-qualified recommend. We will be back.

Genuinely the best pho place in Victoria for me. The donkatsu pairs perfectly, my friend and I got the pho and donkatsu and shared it and it was so lovely, the servers are so attentive and filled my water consistently, the food came out all in under 15 minutes, genuinely so perfect.
