Three friends and myself ate at this restaurant last week we all had something different and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. They were able to accommodate our dietary restrictions and were able to provide alternatives or suggestions. Great service. Very attentive. We ate at lunch and we're able to be in and out very quickly. Highly highly recommend!

Victoria is very fortunate to have a few great Vietnamese restaurants and Pho U is among the best if not the best. The chicken in the Vermicelli spring roll dish was cooked to perfection. Called directly to order pick-up, order was ready quickly. Great customer service both on the phone and in person Will return and try the dine-in experience next time as the place looks inviting and clean.

Got the P-2 (steak, brisket, meatballs in pho). The soup is outstandingly delicious. Of the three meats, the brisket in the pho was hands-down my favourite. Huge portions.

Had rare steak Pho. It was delicious, came with all the trimmings. Arrived at the table minutes later,was a large portion. The broth was extremely good. Service was very friendly and checked up on me during the meal. The restaurant is very clean and inviting.I would definitely come back here.

First time there. Great experience. But why is Korean food so expensive in Victoria compared to other options??? (Can't speak to the Pho options on price)Parking: Tim Hortons here too and a convenience store with a lot of wildlife out front that made me uncomfortable to park near there.
