Revolting, thankfully the staff gave him a refund but we were trying so hard not to gag. It had been years since we paid a visit, but never again. Blarf.

I used to love this place, both before and during Covid. Their Earl Grey cheesecake was the best, and the other cheesecakes were too. Well, it has changed totally though. When I visited again after the long break, the portion size had significantly decreased. What a thin slice! The cheesecakes were too dense and not as flavorful as they used to be. Also, the workers were busy focusing on cleaning or talking with their friend before assisting us.
For 7.50 per slice, getting thinner!

Coffee was really great! I enjoyed every sip of it. Drinks are good! But tables and chairs , utensils , windows, they are really disgustingly dirty! I hope you will follow regular cleaning checklists. I got ick from finding 2 hairs from my scone. I would go back for coffee and other drinks but not for muffins and scones anymore! No issues with Baristas, they are great!

After 10,000 steps needed a caffeine and carb lift. This place was perfect. I had Americano over ice and a slice of lemon shortcake which, though it looked rich, was remarkably light and not overly sweet. Lots of room to breathe both indoors and on the street corner patio. Very friendly staff.

This is the best breakfast and dessert place we've found in downtown Victoria! The cappuccino and espresso are top notch! The cheesecake and desserts are worth the trip all on their own! Service is friendly. The site is a completely refurbished auto-garage with a huge patio: pristine clean and spacious! Counter service only, but that is just fine. Friendly local pub atmosphere among the locals!

I've been coming here for nearly ten years with my Dad. We love the hot dogs and fries, which come with delicious chipotle mayo. There's been a lot of turnover in their staff but the service is always kind and quick. Give them a try! (Oh and the large coffees come in nice big mugs!)

The desserts and drinks were good, but the customer service was very disappointing. The cashier was rude when my friend politely asked about the washroom, and the waiter handed us our food with a bad attitude. Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior overshadowed the overall experience.

Ive been here a few times and I like their New york cheese cake and coffee. My only complaint is that the place is not being cleaned regularly(the tables).
Also it was my first time going to their washroom and unfortunately it was not clean at all. I dont know when was the last time they washed the toilet or even cleaned the mirror. I could hardly see myself in the mirror and if I could wait to get home to go to washroom I would definitely not go to the washroom.
I hope the managing team can take a look at this issue and make proper changes.

We were looking for a highly rated place for breakfast and drive to one only to find they had a line waiting outside. We don't do that, so we drove off and came across QV. Unassuming, but the food was amazing and the coffee was the best we had while in Victoria. Some parking in small lot. Last, but not least, order something that has the diced fried potatoes. I have eaten 1000's if potatoes in my life and these were the best ever. Tender/crisp with just the right seasoning!
