I've never purchased a premade holiday meal before and Im pleased to say that the Holiday Heater was enjoyed by everyone at Christmas dinner. The meal came with plenty of gravy and cranberry sauce and was more than enough for 4 adults. The seasoning, textures and flavors were spot on and hit all the key elements of a traditional Christmas feast. This meal exceeded my expectations and I look forward to trying more of their menu. I've purchased a number of soups and the chickpea and potato curry several times and have found them to be delish! They feature real ingredients and very generous portions of chicken and beef and ham in their soups. The items are a little spendy for me but because they are so tasty I continue to buy them. My beef bourguignon did not look like what was advertised. It was shredded beef tiny potatoes and I’m not impressed. I bought the large 8-10 dish and it still hadn’t thawed after 60 hours. This was my first experience with Refire kitchen and my last.

Delicious! I tried the Thai noodles and the chickpea curry. Both were vegetarian, and the curry was vegan. Very very tasty. Will definitely purchase again. Thanks Refire!

Had meatloaf it was awful the potatoes had so much garlic you couldn't taste the potatoes meatloaf wouldn't feed it to my dog never again
Just tried for the first time. So convenient, delicious and big portions. Big bang for your buck. 100% recommended. All of my dinners will be from here now!

I first came across Refire several years ago.....shortly after the opening of the Fort St. store. We were thrilled with the offerings and the quality of the food.
Over the last few years we have had good and bad experience with the food quality. However, our last few purchases were somewhat underwhelming. Our concerns were always responded to promptly and kindly.
A busy schedule had me dropping in to Fort St today. 2 Beef B, 2 Lasagna and 2 Sea food chowder, our faves, today.
Tonight we had a Beef bourguignon. The potatoes, which made up most of the dish, were grossly undercooked. My wife cut into several and cast them aside due to bad spots. A smattering of woody misshapen carrot chunks and pearl onions. The meat was not braised, stringy and tough. The gravy was like water and the whole dish was so heavily salted my wife would not eat it.
I find it very sad that such a brilliant product concept and fine product that they would allow the product quality to collapse. Choosing instead to expand without quality control.

I found Refire online while looking for prepared meals to enjoy while on a rv trip with my 90 year old Dad on Vancouver Island for 3 weeks in the spring of 2025.
Refire exceeded my expectations. We tried everything on their menu and I returned twice during the trip to restock, this place is hands down the best food experience I have had the pleasure of.
Every single dish was absolutely excellent. It’s very clear these are all chef prepared, the quality and the consistency is excellent, every item was a wonderful experience, absolutely excellent.
Please make all my dreams come true by expanding into the Okanagan/Shuswap, on behalf of us all, we would love to have you!!
