We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of dry ribs. Food was cold and the ribs were rock hard. Called the store and they gave us a full refund Thanks Ordered the exact same food tonight and Pizza was cold and the ribs were so hsrd that we could not eat them. Call the back again and was told the manager would call me Tuesday, today is Sunday. I said okay NOTHING mentioned about bringing the order back for a refund. So we heated it up and started eating 15-20 minutes later a manager calls back and said bring the food back for a refund. First off why would we wait and let the food get even colder ?? So because we were starving the grandson was starving. We won't be getting a refund. IF YOU TOLD ME ON THE 1ST PHONE CALL TO BRING IT BACK I WOULD HAVE DONE SO SO NO REFUND YOU GUYS SUCK AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT YOUR CRAPPY SERVICE

I have tried all of the pizza places in Langford and none of them even come close to being as good as Romeo’s. Definitely the best pizza on the island.

We came to celebrate a family member’s birthday and arrived around 8:30 p.m. and ordered pizza and chicken wings. The food itself was good … fresh and flavorful, but the service really brought down the experience. Our server seemed unhappy from the moment we arrived, which I believe was because we came 30 minutes before closing. If that was a problem, he should have told us and we would have gone elsewhere.
We were eating off napkins for a while because our server didn’t bring any plates. When he finally did, he only brought three for our group of four. Around 8:53 p.m., he told us the kitchen was closing and asked if we wanted to order anything else. We asked for a few minutes to decide, but he said no. We tried to flag him down again before 9 p.m., and he told us the kitchen was closed ... without even checking with the staff.
Overall, the food was good, but the service was disappointing. Some staff could use retraining on basic hospitality and customer service.

TERRIBLE food and the restaurant is unclean. Food made me very sick and the restaurant is unclean. The owner treats his staff poorly, abusive and mean. Don’t waste your money here

I ordered a small BBQ Bonanza pizza last week. It tasted fine but it cost me $28.00? I was just looking at the menu online it says it should have cost $18.95? Either I was grossly overcharged or they need to update their online menu. Off putting for sure. If they wonder why it’s quiet in there they might like to see the reviews.
Romeos is always great. We got a Maui Lua pizza. The Ceaser Salad was solid, overall another great experience here. Will definitely be back for pizza

We had a lovely dinner at Romeo's. The atmosphere was warm inviting and friendly with nice, dim lighting to set the mood. We ordered fettuccine alfredo and spaghetti and meatsauce. The alfredo was good, it was more comforting than exquisite, but sometimes that is good. The spaghetti with meatsauce was also very comforting. The meatballs that were an add-on were generously sized and tasty. Our service was incredible! She didn't hover, didn't push, she simply saw when we were in need of something and met it with promptness and a kind smile. In the short 35 minutes we were there, we had a wonderful experience.
