We booked a party of 7 and had a good table. Service was slow, server indifferent and food mediocre . Veal parm was thick and suspect it was pre frozen and recooked . Two had wraps and wouldn't order again. Anyways, Romeos was okay but nothing special. Also the bill came with 18% tip included. So I guess the server is rewarded for being indifferent. Ironically, we default to 20% usually.
Romeo’s Hillside has been our neighborhood restaurant and go to spot for pizza and drinks for years now. Kate has always been our favourite Server. She is so lovely and always remembers our order. She is moving back home to Ontario and we just wanted to wish you well Kate you will be greatly missed. Thanks for so many great experiences ❤️
