It melts my heart when the girl at the drive‑thru named Aisa tells me to take care as I’m leaving. It really shows how much she values her customers. Amazing job by this lady.
One overnight guy is rude and annoying to deal with. That said the rest is fine i guess. Its a mc donalds so not expecting much but some staff need to be trained in customer service.
My drive thru drink order was messed up. I went back later mentioned the same. Karyl helped make it right and fixed the mistake with a smile. Impressed with customer service experience. Thanks :)
