Set in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, this Starbucks location is above many others in the region for those looking to sit and sip outside in decent weather. Relatively fast orders, not excessively busy, smaller size. While the staff make concerted efforts to promote controversial hostile ideology, this does not impact the quality of the food and drink.

The staff are very friendly and remember names/orders quickly! Never had a bad experience here, although the tables are often full. Clean, well run Starbucks that I’d recommend to anyone in oak bay. :-)

Fast service and great staff, except for the one guy who passive-aggressively yells your name across the room and slams your drink down when it’s ready. Really crazy none of his coworkers have told him how abrasive it is - minus one star for him. Had a good laugh with some ladies one time at just how violently he yells the names.
