I visited Tillicum Starbucks February 21st at 7:30am and upon arrival I opened the door and walked in and slipped on the metal grate that is at the front of the store inside the building. I fell to the ground and banged up my knee pretty bad. Not one staff member asked if I was okay. Attended to me or said anything actually. I said to the short blonde girl working who is handing out coffee beverages behind the counter, that I had just fallen at the front of the store. She said okay and then called out a mobile order. I'm absolutely shocked and disgusted at the lack of customer service or concern for customers that these staff members exhibited.

I ordered a Venti iced coffee with 3 pumps of Toffee nut and 2 sf vanilla with a splash of 1/2 and 1/2. I received the above with 1/2 cream. I asked them to remake it and 2nd time I received the splash of cream but no syrup! Would have requested a 3rd attempt but would have been late for work.
This location is small, but the staff make this location amazing

The space is relatively small, with four (4) small 2-person tables as well as some additional outdoor seating. Two of the tables are right next to power outlets, and the WiFi is great, so if you need to do some work on a laptop it's a nice spot if there's available tables. I was there from 11:00 am - 2:15 pm on a Monday and the only time that all the indoor seating was occupied was right at the beginning after I arrived, but by the time I received my order a couple spots had opened up.Parking: The Tillicum mall parking lot is right outside and ensures plenty of available parking.Dietary restrictions: They have options for milk alternatives available.

I usually go to the Starbucks near Uptown but I had a great experience at this location. I stopped in on my break and was on a time crunch, thankfully the baristas were super fast! I’m a little specific with my cup of joe, but Maddie made my drink exactly how I like it! She was super welcoming and kind. This will definitely be my new go to spot!!

I’m sorry to have to do this, but lately I’m disappointed with this location. I order the chestnut praline latte religiously when it’s available over the holiday season… and so far this year I’ve received either no topping at all, or the most pathetic squirt of whipped cream all sunken in the middle. Did the staff suddenly forget how to make the drink?
