The store manager was super accommodating of a person with a disability who does not have a phone and therefore cannot use the rewards app to receive a free birthday drink. The manager allowed the individual to celebrate their birthday with a free drink!
I find that with Starbucks they make feel welcome and I freaking love their coffee!!!
Always happy with this location. Very busy but they get everything done in a good time and are very friendly.

Starbucks is a busy location with a mixed experience. While the cashier's demeanor might be lacking, the staff, including the exemplary Flavia, go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The menu offers drinks like the tall matcha crème Frappuccino, which is good. The staff are friendly, and the drinks are consistent with what customers expect from Starbucks. The environment is a bit cramped, but overall, the service is alright. While this Starbucks is a good choice for something familiar, there are great local cafés nearby that offer a more unique and personalized experience.
