Ridiculous.
Like you couldn’t get any worse. Only place open unfortunately.

Really appreciated this location being open on Christmas- the staff were really busy but still friendly and smiling!

Everything taste like water and milk even when you get extra shots. Had the same experience and another coffee shop in town too maybe it's just normal. I'll stick with making my own from home

I asked for separate whip cream for my child, but that guy said the whip cream is only for dogs. Not for children

Always cheerful people working and drinks might be a bit more expensive then timmies but taste much better plus they don't charge for extra whip cream :)

Shout out to Emma and Emily. The 2 ladies closing shop for the day. The door was not locked yet and I entered turned out it was 2 after 8pm so they were closed. It's the end of im sure was a long Sunday shift and they welcomed me in with a smile instead of kicking me out and still made the much needed coffee for me. Thank you ladies

I have been having quite excellent service at this Starbucks. I have some dairy sensitivity and they have always been gracious about remaking a drink if it accidentally got dairy in it. Starbucks needs to fix their printer though as that is the only reason there has been mistakes like that. It cuts off the ND part of the label. There was even a time I had to ask them to remake it due to some texture issues I was having (am autistic) and they were very kind about it and even double checked it was okay that time as well. It's also nice and spacious inside. They do need some fans though because it has been really hot in there at times. I feel bad they have to work in that.

Dietary restrictions: They are very careful and respectful but there is unavoidable cross contamination

Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible, lots of space and good height at most of the tables.

Usually Starbucks is pretty consistent. This location falls short. I know they get their edibles shipped in from Statbucks central kitchen factory (somewhere), but breakfast burrito had like 2 beans in it. Americano tasted super thin and watery and luke warm. When we're paying that kind of money, we'd kind of expect to get what we pay for.

Incredibly slow, never follows simple instructions such as leave some room at the top, or very little ice. I'll be going across the street from now on.

The lady who served me was very nice. Lots of room to sit inside and outside in a lovely little village. Tables and chairs were kind of dirty and not well kept or maintained. I had to clean it off myself before I sat down.

the drinks are very good, but the service is horrendous. Once, i ordered my drink online and ten minutes later i arrived at starbucks only to wait another 20 minutes for my drink to be ready. it was horrible service and they made my drink wrong. i’m disappointed by this location, so many other ones are better
