Was just there, bought two items. Greeted by a sour face at the till, no greeting or smile, rang up the order passed me my items, cold and unfriendly eye roll as the items were passed my way by the cashier. No thank you, or any end of transaction communication whatsoever. Terrible service

I ordered Grande sweet strawberry lemonade passion fruit and acai flavors , the taste was not good, not same that i ordered at downtown last week, and the dried strawberry its only 3 pieces. Very sad
Standard Starbucks environment and offerings. Can get quite busy. Limited outside seating.

The baristas were so lovely, but there was a manager who was approaching the baristas and nitpicking everything they did. I watched one of the poor girls run off the floor crying after he spoke to her. Not cool Starbucks! Treat your barista with kindness!!

There's an entire generation thats grown up with Starbucks. It just feels nice. Warm, inviting, equitable. Sometimes its not so good, sometimes better than usual. Regardless, the experience never really sways too far in either direction. Anyone needing a lesson in the experience of brand consistency see Starbucks

I ordered a short small coffee, and tipped 100%, about five dollars total. I told her 1/2 cream. The employee gave me a cold coffee. I told her the coffee was cold. She was not friendly with me. I went and threw it in the trash.

This is a fun one at this location. Was served by Ava. Went to grab a coffee and a coffee cake. Said "yes, please" when asked if I want it heated up. Tipped 10% and moved to the end of the counter.
Was handed the hot cake soaking through a paper bag.
I kindly asked to get a plate, nothing else. No comment about the paper bag or anything like that. Just: "May I get a plate please?"
Was scolded and explained that I should ask for a plate next time during my order as she gave me one.
I still remember when Starbucks had couches, actual mugs and food was made fresh all by default. "To-Go" was usually not the norm, so I am sorry for not remembering.
Now Starbucks and the service you get is the equivalent of fast food restaurants unfortunately.
