Terrible customer service skills! I wanted to order 3 London Fog : 1 large & 2 mediums.. and the girl (curly hair about 5'4") told me she only hv 3 bags left (due to delivery issue). So I ask if she can make 3 mediums instead and use all the 3 bags on each cups? And she told me, she will have to charge me for 3 Large, because of the amount of milk and water in these cups. And I said why?? I order 3 mediums and only have 1 bag each in it, and how could you charge me for large size?? She insisted this is how its gonna be, but that does not even make any sense at all!! She did not give any solutions and it is a very poor customer service. Really dissapointed!!

One thing this Starbucks location is lacking cleanliness!!Floors are dirty…. Never see a mop/scaperTables never get wiped down as much as they…. Sticky sticky…..Bottom line ….. how clean is behind the the counter we don’t get to see????

Barista doesn’t know to make a Caramel Macchiato. When you top the caramel on top and it goes right through, you have not steamed the milk properly to develop any texture. Love how we have a tip option, prior to getting a poorly made drink.

No espresso cups! I had to drink my espresso out of a paper cup. Server was friendly enough not her fault they are too cheap for ceramic espresso cups. One star for paper cups another star for friendly server who has to be smiling front man for stingy employer.

So, I just have to ask how hard is it to put milk instead of cream! ??I’m so sick of it! I even ask, please make sure it’s milk, oh yes they say.When I get the coffee I say are you sure it’s milk , oh yes they say. Sometimes I double check, but this morning I was so sure.NOPE. That hot coffee I was so wanting to enjoy, I’ve already left the restaurant . *%#^ they did it again.
