I will have to give them 5/5 on customer service so friendly and welcoming. However I think it’s unprofessional when the staff are speaking in their own language to one another. One of the guys was making my sandwich with his gloves on then went over to help his teammate out with the touch screen (with the gloves on). When returning to make my sandwich I had to remind him to change his gloves. I won’t name any names since management doesn’t care to look at comments but one of your guys wraps the sandwich so damn tight it’s almost flat. I’ve dined at many Subways since I’m on the road a lot this is the first.

I rarely go to subway in general but when I do I stop here. I always notice how kind they are to their customers. Watching the employees give a little extra to an elderly lady cause she was on a tight budget was heart warming. I'm always greeted with kindness. I really like the staff here.

Adrian just made us some steak subs that were so aesthetically pleasing, this is now our lunchtime subway location. The ingredients and organization matched the vibes! Sandwich artist to the core! I do believe some franchises stand out above others, and at this location, it shows.

Today,I went to the store but I missed the guy named KARAN he is some of the best Sandwich Artist I've ever seen his customer service is always excellent, and no doubt today food was wonderful, restaurant was clean and spotless. I Love his energy and he is very customer service focused. Definitely check this place out just for the awesome service delivered by the staff, it's worth it! Thank You! I think we all been to many different subways in our lives in different parts of Canada or the island. This is only one where employees were smiling and ask about how you’re doing. Only Subway I purposely tipped too, because I genuinely thought the staff were nice. Also clean too. No mystery stains on the floor lol

I usually never leave reviews, but Adrian and Nico went above and beyond. They were so incredibly friendly and kind. I recently had an experience at a different location closer to home that brought me to tears on an already awful night. But tonight, 20 minutes away, Adrian was attentive and wonderful. Thank you Adrian. If you ever read this, it was a small interaction, but it had the biggest impact on my husband and I. You turned my entire week around and I appreciated every moment.

Karan and Noel are probably some of the best Sandwich Artists I've ever stumbled upon, customer service was excellent, food was wonderful, restaurant was clean and spotless.
Definitely check this place out just for the awesome service delivered by the staff, it's worth it!
