I’ve been a loyal Subway customer since a couple of years, frequently using the app without any issues. However, during a recent visit, I encountered difficulty applying a discount coupon. I approached a staff member for assistance, but was disappointed by their dismissive and uninterested attitude. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help left a bad impression. I hope Subway ensures better training for their staff to provide courteous and helpful service.

churro was super duper hard — felt like plastic. ate it anyways… regretted it… the footlong cookie is usually served super hot, tell me why my cookie was colder than my cold cut sandwich. there was also a feather ? on my cookie. they put no care, passion, or love into my food. i ALMOST lost my appetite. i ate it all tho

I was there at this location at Tuscany around 6pm today and two lovely female employees were so kind and generous. I ordered chicken triyaki and it was delicious ?. I would love to share my experience and would recommend everyone to visit this location and meet their team members they are helpful, kind, caring and friendly.

I went to this location on May 6, around 1-1:20pm ,it was quiet there. I ordered a breakfast wrap. This is how the girl wrapped it, and I have also asked her to wrap it again so this is the improved version. Upon telling her that this wrap doesn’t look like a wrap, how I am suppose to it, she gave me a really weird expression of knowing it all. Two stars because the other girl had a smile on her face and listened to me when I told her that I was a manager at subway long time ago and there is a trick to wrap it properly, the girl who made my sandwich was arrogant and not open to suggestions.She was not wearing any name tag or trainee tag either so I dont know if she was in training or just bad at her job.Would not go back

Do not order online!!!My partner and I ordered two sandwiches online from this store. When I arrived they were confused when I said I was there to pick up an online order and were unable to find the receipt on their end. I tried to show the worker the receipt on my phone to clear it up and he took my phone and walked away with it which was uncomfortable. But anyway eventually after a while they gave me back my phone and an order that was sitting to the side they had already made. Kind of odd that they’d had it ready the whole time and there were no other orders waiting to be picked up but anyway. Once we got home and looked at the sandwiches we found that they were both made incorrectly. The base ingredients were correct (the bread, meat, cheese) but the veggies and sauces were completely wrong. Even worse we found that they’d put onions on my partner’s sandwich and he has a severe onion allergy.I called the store to let them know and ask for a refund or a coupon or something. The worker on other end looked up my order and proceeded to tell me that she was sure the sandwiches were made correctly and if I felt that strongly that they weren’t I could come into the store and show them.All in all a bizarre and frustrating experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

The worst Subway restaurant and sandwich I have ever had. Footlong BMT had absolutely no flavor, bread was sooo stale it was like it was toasted a week ago and left out on the counter. It had no signature Subway bread flavor either. I will absolutely NOT be going back there again.
