I ordered one sandwich and one bowl this morning and I clearly selected no tomatoes for the bowl, but they still added them. The vegetables were not properly cut, and the sandwich bread was not fresh. I am disappointed with this experience.

I had ordered two Toasted Ham sandwiches via the mobile app, requested cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, green pepper and red onions.
When I got to the Restaurant, they were still making my sandwiches..
I had observed, that they were Not going to Toast my sandwiches, as requested and I spoke up... the Clerk, assured me, that he had Toasted my sandwiches...
I get in the car, start eating the sandwiches, and found out really quickly, that it was Cold, and not Toasted at all. The cheese wasn't even melted..
The cookies were hard and Stale
I can't trust the Clerk
I refuse to go back to this location

I’ve always had extremely bizarre experiences with this subway. Ordered through the app one time and had them deliver to UVic and the employee was so confused by the map (even though I gave him specific directions with street names and landmarks) and spoke very sternly with me. Every time I’ve been back since it’s always something, they’re rude and perpetually confused. Likely underpaid and overworked

For a subway this is as expected, ingredients all tasted fresh and as expected, the staff were quick and friendly, it can be a little hard to find it as it’s tucked away in the back corner of the parking lot, but it’s just a generic subway, nothing special but nothing wrong with it.

The staff do the best they can with the instructions they are given by their franchise. They work hard and do their best, and are always friendly! The store is clean and tidy, including the washrooms and the food is as good as can be for any subway imo!

I’ve been a loyal Subway customer since a couple of years, frequently using the app without any issues. However, during a recent visit, I encountered difficulty applying a discount coupon. I approached a staff member for assistance, but was disappointed by their dismissive and uninterested attitude. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to help left a bad impression. I hope Subway ensures better training for their staff to provide courteous and helpful service.

churro was super duper hard — felt like plastic. ate it anyways… regretted it… the footlong cookie is usually served super hot, tell me why my cookie was colder than my cold cut sandwich. there was also a feather ? on my cookie. they put no care, passion, or love into my food. i ALMOST lost my appetite. i ate it all tho

I was there at this location at Tuscany around 6pm today and two lovely female employees were so kind and generous. I ordered chicken triyaki and it was delicious ?. I would love to share my experience and would recommend everyone to visit this location and meet their team members they are helpful, kind, caring and friendly.
