I drove from Langford at 5:40 am because your shop claims 24/7 open and even had the OPEN sign on — yet the doors were locked. When staff finally came out, he was rude and dismissive, only later offering to help. That behavior and false advertising cost you an every day customer! You’ve lost me forever. Fix your hours and stop misleading people.
