Firt time visiting that place. I like it the environment, the distribution of the space, and the set-up of the bar. I ordered the Czech pilsner brew there. I love European beers, but this one in particular, I can't finish the paint. For food, I ordered a grill chicken burger with a side of their BBQ sauce. That was delicious, I would come back just for the burgers. Even the side fries were something else. Also, after 8 p.m., burgers are 10 bucks cheaper. Overall was a good experience, easy to find parking around.

We’ve stayed here twice in the last two months and the room you book decides your experience. You can either have an alright hotel room, or you’re stuck with something that has no sound proofing (understanding word for word conversation from the bar below is very frustrating when the bar itself will continue to stay open and playing music well past their closing times) that ruins any chance at a good night sleep, ontop of being overheated as theirs no ac and the windows can’t be opened again because the bar is open past their times. This all depends on the room however, as the room we had previous (which is literally the room beside our current one) the only noise we could hear then was the expected noise from being above a bar. Not full understanding word for word conversations as if they are sitting in your closet and not a whole floor below.Unfortunately as well, our second stay has included the water being disgusting, both from the kitchen sink as well from the bathroom faucets. The bed topper had stains that looked fresh, the shading on the blinds fell down immediately and the blinds in the bedroom would not shut completely as well.If you’re looking for the cheapest option to crash after a night out, swans is your bet. If you’re looking for a place to rest your head on after traveling around the whole city? Don’t come here.The front desk attendant on the night shift is extremely dismissive and condescending when trying to communicate with, offering dismal customer service.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The good rating is artificially inflated because it’s also a Pub and Venue. We had a horrible experience here. We were on our honeymoon and upon coming to our room we could very clearly hear the bar downstairs. Super nosy. We asked to move rooms and they said none were availible. No AC as well so we had to keep the windows open which was on a busy street and so noisy. Couldn’t sleep well. Then, the hot water stops working so we can’t shower. They were very unhelpful and we had to offer suggestions on what to do as they just apologized and looked at us blankly. We hadn’t showered in two days and I asked if we could use another room to shower. As a guest I shouldn’t be the one trying to problem solve. My husband found the water heater in the room and it said “replace in 2020”. They are super cheap. Sediment from the tap was coming out into the bathtub. We left on the third day before 11 but they didn’t refund us that night. They should have refunded our entire stay as it was so horrible. Do not stay here.

Do not stay here. It's (slightly) cheaper than other hotels but don't let that entice you. My wife and I checked out after 2 nights without hot water and they had the gall to charge us for 3. Rust and sediment came out of the bathtub faucet because the water heater should have been replaced 3 years ago in 2020. There's no A/C which was a problem because our room was both above a bar and right next to a busy street. Sleeping was hot because we had to close the windows. It's like they did the legal bare minimum to qualify as a hotel.Rooms: Hot, loud and in some disrepair. Hot water was a big problem. There are no curtains on the windows.Noteworthy details: Scam vibes. Avoid.
