My parents and I ordered pickup from here and we did multiple mods to the food as per our dietary restrictions. They got everything perfect! The food was delicious and the pick up process was easy and smooth! We had the fish tacos, gringos and ordered multiple different salsas and guacamole. We were beyond happy with our pickup order! Nice to be able to get a protein-rich snack for under 10$.
Sometimes you get more meat than other times in your taco- but if that means every once in a while I get extra meat- I'm not complaining!
Don't know what I would do without tacofino! Really ties me over on those hungry/missed a meal days downtown. And staff are always awesome and creating a good vibe!

Absolutely love Tacofino Victoria! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and packed with that West Coast vibe. The fish tacos are out of this world — crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is casual but fun. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Victoria!

First time seeing a Tacofino with a street window to catch extra foot traffick. Location great by all the downtown offices.
Happy this location stays open late. Food was prepared timely.

I've ordered from them a lot and have always had really good service. But today was not one of those days. The person at the till was not very polite seemed like they didn't even want to be there. Also, the person that handed me my food didn't say thank you or have a good day. Just turned away from me while I was saying thank you and have a wonderful rest of your night. You never turn your back on a customer while they're talking to you. That is so disrespectful.
I get it sometimes you have off days but to be disrespected by two of the employees was not an enjoyable experience.
I will continue to order from them because I come from a customer service background myself. I'm just hoping the management checks this so they can have a conversation with their team about what happened and how to do better and be better.
Maybe something happened work-wise and if so I hope you can work through it and you have an awesome rest of your night.

I’ve ate here 3 times now. Two times, burritos were the some of the best I’ve ever had. Last night I ordered my usual and got severe food poisoning from the crispy chicken burrito. Not sure what was bad, but something was.

Everything I have eaten here has been AMAZING. Especially the yam tacos!!! I dream of them and I even prefer the yam ones to any of the others, including fish. And I love fish tacos. Every item has been delicious though.
