** This was by far the worst order I have received at restaurant. Ever! **
I rarely leave reviews but the meal I just ordered was so amazingly underwhelming I had to say something. The "large" burrito I just ordered is so substandard I can not let this pass. Small. Haphazardly thrown together. Not even wrapped so it would stay together. 2 or 3x as much 'sauce' as ingredient. The beef was not hot enough to even begin to melt the cheese. The staff were barely present and not at all friendly. This lunch experience was awful. This place will never see a dollar from my pocket again.
If I were a franchisee of another Taco Time location I would be furious that this location shares the same name as me. Taco Time will be my absolute last choice when picking a place to get a quick bite, no matter the location.
So disrespectful employees, I go there all the time to eat and pick up , today I went there to used the bathroom to wash my hands, they said only if you order something , I will never go there anymore,

It's so sad when people choose a job and don't care. Sure, ask me after you start and finish my first item if I want to add more. Sure, let the food sit there to get cold. Sure, only give me 2 instead of 6 sauces. Sure, treat me like I'm a burden to your evening. My favorite.....the tip option, what a great feeling to decline it.
Owners of this location, I get it's hard to find staff, but it's easier to lose customers.

Way better than Taco Bell, used to drive to Nanaimo but this is actual meat and not dog food! Really friendly staff. Got the taco ina bag with no queso and some hard shell tacos.

Why don’t you guys ask the workers to put their name tag on. Rude and unfriendly the tall brown guy who looks like a manager is so rude and talks like he don’t give a shit about giving good service. When I asked him about one of the condiment he was so arrogant, everytime I come here the staff is so unfriendly and unprofessional. Wish I could give zero star but sadly no option for it. Hate the service from this store.

The food wasn't good, the person who made it was eye rolling and sighing heavily. He didn't want to be there
Gave a one star not because of the food, but because of the absolutely horrible service I received. The woman working behind the counter heard me wrong when I ordered even though I repeated it twice (Oh well, mistakes happen) And when I corrected her, she told me it wasn’t wrong and that’s what I said I wanted. My friend chimed in and said “that’s not what she ordered I heard her”. The lady working there then decided to tell me it was my fault for being confusing. I asked her for a refund and she couldn’t figure out how to do it I had to tap my card at least five times To get my refund and ended up not getting any food. She treated us like garbage and it seemed like she was angry with us for coming into the restaurant and ordering. I’d also like to mention that I was respectful and polite for this entire Interaction. I didn’t say or do anything to warrant this type of behavior. I always try to be kind to people in customer service because I too work in that field. I think that the person I interacted with doesn’t Like people and interacting with them clearly makes her angry.

Staff needs to put some care and attention to there food . I was stoked to go grab a burrito today got there wasn't busy no need to ruch my order . Learn to use condiment gun and not pump out half the burritos size in sour cream I want to taste my food not the sour cream I don't need three full pumps . Like use a moderate amount. I'll ask if I want it heaping. Ruined my meal couldn't even scrape it out after he slammed all the lettuce into it . Never again .
