Over the years we have had exceptional service at The Keg and the food is always great. This dinner was not a pleasant experience. Our server, Daniel, was what we perceived as pretentious and uninterested in us as guests. He asked if we were celebrating anything, yes our anniversary, which was noted on our reservation, which he should have known. No “ happy anniversary” or “ what year are you celebrating “. He asks “ are we going to start with warm bread and butter?”...
Well, the food and waiter were amazing. The girl that led us to our seats could do with a lesson in manners; she showed us to the table, put the menu down, and walked away, "not a word." But thankfully, the waiter was amazing.

tasteless. Other restaurants I have eaten prime rib at have used a rub on this area and when cooked it has great flavour.
