The browned butter and mizithra was off. The butter wasn't browned, and the mizithra was sparse. The brown butter & mizithra at the Tacoma, WA store is AMAZING.
We also missed the sourdough bread. This store serves plain bread with garlic butter instead.

I went to the old spaghetti factory last night, and honestly, I'm not sure what was worse – the food or the atmosphere. Let's start with the food. I ordered the spaghetti, and it tasted like it had been cooked last week and then microwaved. The sauce was bland, and the meatballs were suspiciously uniform in size. My friend got the salad, which was basically a pile of wilted lettuce with one sad tomato.
The atmosphere was equally charming. The lighting was so dim I could barely see my food, which maybe was a good thing. The music was some weird elevator version of pop songs, and the chairs felt like they were about to collapse. To top it off, the waiter looked like he'd rather be anywhere else.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and go somewhere else – literally anywhere else. You'd probably have a better meal at a gas station.

After a long wait, we finally received a sticky table. The food took longer than normal at other locations. When we requested the manager, we received an irritated lady who was un-welcoming. If you would like to get your moneys worth on a dish, this location is not for you. The only upside was our lovely host Julia, she was fantastic and apologetic for the wait. Besides this, the chocolate cake was great:)

Went here for my parents 60th wedding anniversary our server Predma was amazing. She really goes above and beyond to ensure my parents are well looked after and shows genuine care for them (not just for the day we were there celebrating their anniversary , but every time my parents go there to eat) The food portions are huge, ambience was great and service was excellent. Thanks to the team at the old spaghetti factory

I would like to sincerely thank Sequoyah for his excellent service and kindness. We arrived in Victoria late and came to the restaurant at 9:55 pm, just five minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, he welcomed us warmly and provided outstanding service. We are truly grateful—thank you again!

I haven’t been since I was little, and boy does it surpass even my childhood imagination! The blood orange sangria had the perfect amount of tang, and I can’t believe everything else is truly included in your meal! (What a steal!) The lasagna had a beautiful cheesy top and finishing off with a spemoni and peppermint tea left me refreshed. Our waitress Ashley was a delight and managed a busy time with a calm attitude, my family and I felt very well looked after. Not to mention beautiful views of downtown Victoria- even from our table inside!

Very good place to go with a family or for a nice night out it's usually very busy in the afternoon. A little loud talking atmosphere but otherwise really cool. Place to go and learn the history about the building also good place not to break the bank
