This place used to be one of my favorite! Dont know what happened in the last year,but it's a let down. The last 2-3 visits the service has been bad, food as well. We were there this evening after a long time of not going and sat there for 15 minutes,no menues, was given to us ,no one came to take our drink order, no " we will be right back with you" they clearly saw us,the place isnt that big...Nothing!!! I understand you can be busy,but at least acknowledge that...
We've been to The Rack a few times before and raved about the amazing food. However, our most recent visit was a let down. I'm not sure if they got a new cook, but the food was sub par. Calamari tasted like the frier's grease hadn't been changed in a long time. Linguine pasta was drenched in oil, not the usual creme sauce. Couldn't even finish half of it. My boyfriend and I are regulars and I have to say this is my go to place! I love the food, the drinks, and all the entertainment they provide (trivia nights, music bingo, taco Tuesday) to mention a few. I have never had a bad experience in the 3 years I have been coming here and we visit once a week! I recommend the rack to everyone.
