Food was satisfactory although only Lamb and chicken “bites” -not full and proper lamb meals
No side salad-no soup. I asked for a substitution but don’t get the right one. I ate it anyway.
Service was good when we got it -waited quite a bit and we were the only ones in there? but the waiter was nice and tried to give us a good experience.
Atmosphere was fair but not really “Greek” feeling although the Mandolin music (while redundant and constant ) was kinda nice-albeit unceasing but it was unobtrusive.
Bottom line: $200+ for 5 dinners with a bottle of wine and 2 cocktails.
Hmmmm ….not really worth it in my humble opinion.
But again the food was pretty good.
Pita bread was thin and small. Not enough Tsaziki sauce with meals and food was not overly warm when received but did come fairly concurrently.
Probably won’t be back for anything other than a quick meal with a friend.
Parking: Get it while you can! It’s Cook Street Village!we somehow got lucky and parked in the closed Starbucks.

Not a very cozy place it the seating reminds me almost of a fast food restaurant, not much ambiance.
The food itself was very disappointing, I feel like it’s premade or bought from somewhere then cooked or heated? For example the pita is super thin and flavourless. It’s not your thick, fresh tasting with a buttered top light & airy pita. Also the falafels were very dry and fell apart in a crumble when I tried to eat them or dip in the tzatziki. The dips were tasty, so was the rice. Salad was ok.
Service was good the server was very friendly. However based on food quality and quantity I definitely won’t be eating here again, there are much better and authentic Greek restaurants in town.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Village Taverna, amazing Greek restaurant for the second time, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is delightful, with soft Greek music playing in the background, creating a warm and inviting setting.
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the lamb kebab, and let me tell you, it was to die for! The kebab came with a perfect Greek salad, fluffy rice, creamy tzatziki, and warm pita bread. It was a complete meal that left us satisfied yet eager for more.
The portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of food we received. We truly loved everything about our experience and will certainly be back for more! Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving authentic Greek cuisine!

Fabulous find and the best meal of our trip to Victoria. Well worth going slightly off the main route to find this Greek gem. The dinner for two was delicious and so much food. The pork kebabs were perfectly grilled and the keftedakia are worth the trip just for them!

I used to enjoy eating and ordering food from here, but after my recent visit I am very disappointed. We waited over 1 hour for our food to arrive and our waitress was very slow with service.

We were travelling in Victoria and happened to be in this neighborhood, we saw a few clearly local families dining there and decided to come in. The food was delicious, we definitely didn't regret it! I ordered the chicken kebab plate, it was perfectly balanced with rice, salad, pitas and a wonderful tzatziki (honestly, I've never had SUCH a tzatziki). Their pork kebab plate is also great (we were a little confused that pork was the cheapest option, but nevertheless it was super delicious). P.S. be aware that the double kebab plate is literally... huge (at least the pork one). To sum up, it was delicious, I would really recommend it for other tourists travelling through the area!
Add-on: there's also a great local coffee shop right across the street!

The Greek cuisine here lacks authenticity. The dishes are outdated and the meat tends to be tough.
Had the gyro platter for 2 and it was awesome! We were both so full and went home with a lot of leftovers. (It also came with a Greek salad that was served before the platter:) Also shout-out to the wonderful server! She was so kind and attentive!!

Overpriced for what it is. Lazy. Salad not even mixed at all. Very tiny portions of hummus and tzasiki as well not sure if they give you more of you eat inside. Pita breads clearly from Costco or something .If your vegetarian I wouldn't recommend eating here.

For me this is the best place to have a lunch in the Cook Street Village. Authentic tastes and calm atmosphere.
Parking: There are also a few spots on the business parking lot if the street parking is fully taken.
